Promiseland Appraisals does not publish a fixed price list. The fee is quoted for the assignment after the property and the question are known.

## How fees are set

Alex quotes a fee per assignment after reviewing:

- Property address
- Intended use
- Property type
- Access and available records
- Deadline

Scope is confirmed directly before work begins. The website has no package menu, no cart, and no checkout.

## What to send for a quote

- Your name
- Phone number
- Property address
- Property type
- Reason for the valuation: purchase, sale, estate, trust, probate, tax, insurance, or planning
- Any deadline
