## What this website collects

This static website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, account sign-ins, or a server-side form database. Standard web-server logs may record technical request information such as an IP address, browser, requested URL, and time for security and operations.

## Request form

When you complete the request form, the site prepares a text message or email draft on your device. The name, phone number, property address, property type, valuation purpose, and optional deadline remain on your device until you choose whether to send the draft. The website does not receive or store those fields.

## When you contact us

If you call, text, or email Promiseland Appraisals, the information you provide is handled through the phone or email service you use and by Alex Mathew to respond to your request, discuss scope, and provide services. Do not send sensitive personal information through the website form.

## External services

This site embeds a Google My Maps map to show the general service area and may link to other third-party services. When you view the map, Google may process technical information under its own privacy practices. If you use the “Make us preferred on Google” button, the site loads Google’s preferred-sources script and opens Google’s source preferences flow in your browser; Google may process that interaction under its own privacy practices. Promiseland Appraisals does not control third-party pages or messaging applications.
