## Website information

This website provides general information about Promiseland Appraisals and a way to start a conversation about residential property valuation. Information on this site is not a promise that a particular assignment, report, conclusion, timing, or intended use will be accepted.

## Scope and intended use

Any appraisal or valuation service is discussed and agreed directly with the client. The property, intended use, effective date, access, records, deadline, and applicable requirements determine the appropriate scope. An appraisal is different from a home inspection and is not a substitute for legal, tax, lending, insurance, engineering, or other professional advice.

## Request form

The request form prepares a pre-filled text message or email draft for you to review and send. The website does not receive or store the form contents. You are responsible for reviewing the draft and deciding whether to send it from your device. The form does not book an assignment.

## Accuracy and external links

Promiseland Appraisals works to keep this site clear and current, but information can change. External links are provided for convenience, and Promiseland Appraisals does not control or guarantee third-party content.
